Introduction

Hydrolix Managed is a deployment of Hydrolix which resides entirely within a customer's private cloud infrastructure service and is fully managed by Hydrolix personnel on the customer's behalf - including installation, configuration, operations and ongoing maintenance.

The Hydrolix data platform was designed to take advantage of cloud computing architectures, allowing it to combine commodity cloud compute with commodity cloud storage to deliver SSD-like performance across massive datasets in a distributed systems environment.
